Dear Morag and Dusty,

 

We would like to thank you sincerely for the wonderful week end of fencing you have organised! All of us (fencers, parents, grand parents, coaches) were impressed by the quality of the event: logistic organisation, fencing, refereeing, uplifting organisation of medals rewards, and socialising with the evening meal. It was very inspiring and set an amazing example for all organisers of such LPJS event. IT WAS PERFECT!!! And you should be very proud of your hard work with your very nice team of organisers. We felt a warm welcome from you all and hope in a near future, we can one day send you the lift back up to your level!! In the meantime, I can guarantee you that the enthusiasm of our small group back to London has spread in our school, and I think that next year you can rely on us with a massive participation. Just get some rest before the French tornado hits your LPJS event again... Most importantly, our trip to Scotland will stay engraved in our young fencer memories, and that it very rewarding for you, for us, for our coaches! It will contribute to make them become better fencers in all aspects, and that is a big success for the fencing community and for that sport that we all are very passionate about!!!

Just a short note, on behalf of Lorna and myself to thank you for such a fabulously well-organised tournament on Saturday. It certainly was worth making the long journey up from Surrey and I spent yesterday at another tournament down here encouraging other fencers to consider coming next year.

Once again, thank you for a great day of fencing.
